He was predeceased by: his father John Anthony Scottino. He is survived by: his mother Anita Jo Scottino (David Rives); his wife Karrie Moffit; his daughters, Ashlyn and K'Lee; his grandson Kane; and his sister Shari (Chad Odom). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
