He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Todd Campbell (Mary) and Kelly Dean Campbell (Melinda); his grandchildren, Jennifer Campbell, Alan Todd Campbell (Kimberly), Jimmy Wayne Campbell, Star-Lynn Allen (Burleigh), Kaylyn Lefan and Kamryn Lefan; and his mother Cleo Dorothy Nelson.
