He is survived by: his girlfriend June Belcher; his sisters, Patty Mouton of Houma and Beth Hughes (Russell Short); his children, Tommy Ray Russell (Cathy Russell) of Fredericksburg, Logan Russell of Lipan, Martha Russell (Carlie Russell) and Matti Wilkinson of Millsap; and his grandchildren, Braeylee, Amelia, Deacon and Caroline.
