He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Moore and Helen Moore; and his sisters, Debbie Moore, Nancy Pierce and Mary Overton.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (Greg Gibson) and Jason (Lori Moore); his wife Debra Foster; his daughter Tina Coleman; his grandchildren, Crystal Moore, Shauna Coleman, Tazmin Colman, Jessica (Bradyn Crider), Alan Gibson, Jaclyn Gibson and Jacob Gibson; his great grandchildren, Jared, Jack, Allyson and Elijah; and his sister Carol Moran. He is also survived by many niece, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jack's memory may be made to the First Baptist Church of Lipan Food Pantry.
