She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Alan and Flossie Sessums; her husband Donald "Jack" Ayers; her son Michael Ayers; and her sisters, Fern Sewell, Maxine Boone and Mary Jo Woodard.
She is survived by: her daughter Kitsy Caperton (David); her grandchildren, Kyle Caperton (Elizabeth) and Kelli Sajnani (Sunny); and her great grandchildren, Caleb Caperton, Abigail Caperton, Stephen Caperton, Parker Sajnani and Ruby Sajnani.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Caves Springs Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 916 Linden, Texas 75563. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Ruby Ayers 's name.
