He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Derrick; his children, Kim McKnight (Joe) and John Derrick (Jonan); his grandchildren, Wendy Shelton, Russell McKnight (Kim), Joni Shaffer (Johnny), Johna Gresham (Trey) and John Derrick II (Audrey); and his great grandchildren, Peyton Turner, Trenton McKnight, Presley Turner, Lila McKnight, Heath Shelton, Connor Rope Gresham, Ginger Reese Derrick and Cooper Anthony Shaffer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
