It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Harp of Linden, Texas, born in Tucson, Arizona, who passed away on August 4, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Messner and Christine Messner; her brothers, Peter Messner and Joseph Messner; and her sister-in-law Nancy Aslin.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Michael Harp (Laurie), Dennis Harp (Amanda), Katherine Harp and Teresa Turner; her grandchildren, Aaron Harp (Sydney), Andrew Harp (Macey), Aubree Harp, Blazyn Saxon, Matayea Beaird, AnnaLi Harp, Montana Whatley (Caleb), Josephine Turner and Jeremiah Turner; her great grandchild Joseph Harp; her brother-in-law Butch Aslin (Cynthia); and her nephews, Trevor Aslin (Jennifer), Brett Aslin (Carolyn), Andrew Aslin (Sissy) and John Aslin (Kendra).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to some of her favorites: Samaritan's Purse, Randy Sams' Outreach Shelter, World Vision, and animal rescues.
