He is survived by: his wife Rosia Cline Burson of Linden; his children, Chris Burson of Linden and Karen Roe of Texarkana, Texas; his brother Frankie; his sister-in-law Nancy Burson of Cookville, Texas; his sister Beverly Nichols of Hughes Springs, Texas; and his grandson Aaron Roe. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, the Shriners, or the Disabled American Veterans.
