She is survived by: her husband James Ray Phillips (Jim) of Linden, TX; her daughter Dana Erwin of Denham Springs, LA; her adoptive daughter Elisa Baird of Linden, TX; her brother Lewis Arnold Sullivan, Jr. (Lynn) of Mansfield, TX; and her grandchildren, Da'Nay and J'Kobie Erwin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
