He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Knight, Jr. and Cora Burns Knight; his siblings, Louis, Thomas Earl, Kenneth Knight, Doris Fitts and Pansy Henderson; his niece Cindy Knight; and his nephews, Robert Henderson, Terry Knight and Rodney Knight.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Knight of Linden, TX; his daughters, Sherri Nichols of Richmond, TX, Becky Gurrola (Cruz) of Hempstead, TX and Karen Miller (Lindsey) of Lindale, TX; his grandchildren, Ashley Sydow (Dustin) of Richmond, TX, Trevor Nichols of Richmond, TX and James Miller (Kaytlyn) of Cushing, TX; his great grandchildren, Dylan and Dalton James Sydow; and his sister Betty Phillips of Marshall, TX.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations be made to the Linden United Methodist Church or a charity of your choice.
