He was predeceased by: his parents, M. M. Kuban and Clara Kuban. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Kuban; his children, Karen Draper (Ricky) and Michael Kuban (Krystal); his grandchildren, Kennedy, Kelsie and Kason Kuban; and his sister Clara Ann Salik.
