She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hunter and Urdle Hunter; her husband George Thornhill Sr.; and her siblings, Orville, Thomas Hunter and Altie Murray Mrs.

She is survived by: her children, Rose (Bill Luck), Rebecca (Sammy Bailey) and George Jr. (Kelly Thornhill). She is also survived by several grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several great- great grandchildren.
