He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Wilburn Dow and Tabitha Lucille Robbins (Jones); and his son Jeffrey Alan Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Rita Robbins of Lindale; his children, Wendy Smith (Jeff) of Kilgore and Michael Robbins of Lindale; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Jarred Robbins of Quitman, Brittany Robbins of Forney and Robyn Smith of Kilgore.
