He is survived by: his wife Sondra Lee Black; his children, Wayne Black III (Sonja), Todd (Julie Black), Dahlia Black Sanchez (Edward "Chap"), Kirk (Christy Black) and Stephen (Lisa Black); and his brother Victor Black of Brownsville. He is also survived by his 20 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and his youngest.
