He is survived by: his wife Odessa Mae Belcher of Lindale; his daughter Neta Conaway (David) of Tyler; his sister Billie Elle of Albuquerque; his grandchildren, Phillip Belcher, Jeremy Belcher and Brandi Conaway; and his great grandchildren, Taylor Belcher and Conner Belcher.
