He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Sullivan (Haley) and William Sullivan; his stepgrandchildren, Holli Downs, Cambria Sullivan, Jennifer Wingerter (Scott, John Simson), Kristen Cooley, Sarah Cooley and Kennedy Smith; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Trent Faulkner, Gavin Todd, Abigail Todd, Carolyn Todd, Bethany Todd, Ethan Wingerter, Thomas Wingerter, Ariel Wingerter, Arik Wingerter and Leona Wingerter; and his nieces and nephews, Jeanette Davis, Martha Davis, Nancy Davis, Sarah Davis, Mary Hoffman, Mary Lopez (Kristi), Robert Emmett Sullivan III (Nancy, Mark Sullivan), Randy Sullivan (Mary, Phil Perry II), Patrick Perry, Paula Perry and Pamela Perry.
