He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Lowrance and Mandy Lowrance (Stephens); his wife Mary Ann Lowrance; and his sister Erlene. He is survived by: his children, Sammy Lowrance of Lindale, Larry Lowrance of Lindale, Jerry Lowrance of Arlington and Joy Jackson of Lindale. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving family members and friends.
