He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Ann Parham. He is survived by: his children, Phil Parham Jr. (Debi) of Prosper, Mike Parham (Kim) of Ft. Worth and Pam McKay (Cornel) of Celina, Texas; his grandchildren, Adrienne, Ashton, Charlie, Kevin, Elizabeth, Katherine and Taeler; and his great grandchildren, Collin, Oliver, Gracie, Caden and Cora.
