She was predeceased by: her husband Dale; her parents, TJ Allen and Leota Allen; and her daughter Patti Jo Maddox. She is survived by: her daughter Tonia Kaye Maddox Thurman; and her stepson Brett Charles Stoecker. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
