He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley William and Sybel Myrtle Frank (Coleman); and his son Michael Edwin Frank. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lee Friedman of Lindale; and his children, Nicholas William Frank of Tyler, Victoria Patrice Frank of Tyler and J. Maxwell Frank of Tyler. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
