She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse James and Abbie Mathews (Rushing); her husband Rogers Wayne Franks; her daughter Brenda Franks Gardner; her son-in-law Dannie Gardner; and her sister Nell Stinebaugh.
She is survived by: her son Keith Franks of Dallas; her great grandchildren, Joey and Gracie Hirt of Moore, Oklahoma; and her brother Rev. James R. Mathews (Gloria) of Hawkins. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and "adopted" loving daughters and sons.
