She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cecil and Betty June Evans (Douglas); and her husband Billy Blakely. She is survived by: her children, Amy Wisniewski (Joe) of Lindale and Jason Doss (Sue) of North Branch, Michigan; her siblings, Charles Evans (Alisa) of Tyler, Marion Thornton (Marshall) of Lindale and Janie Malone of Lindale; and her grandsons, David and Gabriel Wisniewski. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
