He is survived by: his wife Theta Thompson (Swink); his sons, Michael Thompson (Judy) and Lawrence Ray Thompson, Jr. (Regina); his grandson Michael, Jr. (Becky); his great grandchildren, Kara, Laylah, Kaylee, Brian, Brandon, Daniel and Sabrina; his children, Landon, Rebecca, Ryker and Asa; his grandchildren, Matthew, Lauren, Beau, Rylee, Kylee, Josiah, Emylee, Uzziah and Quynlee; his son Ian; his grandson Lawrence Ray, III (Kori); his children, Joshua, Nathan and Skylar; and his sister Ernestine Morphis.
