He was predeceased by: his parents, Millie Wilkins and Mary Helen Wilkins (Crawford); and his siblings, Jackie Pierce and Kathy Sanders. He is survived by: his children, Brendon Fredricks (Susan) of Highland, Landon Miller of North Carolina, Janie Wilkins of Frankston, Angela Wilkins of Odessa and Kenneth Wilkins Jr. of Mineola, Texas; and his sisters, Barbara Garrett (Mike) of Tyler and Bonnie Saunders of Lindale, Texas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
As a Covid-19 precaution masks are required at all visitations and services.
