He was predeceased by: his father Freddie DWayne Layton, Sr.; his grandparents, Fred, Ruby Layton, Johnnie and Mary Hamilton; his uncle Johnny Layton; and his aunt Geneice Gilmore.
He is survived by: his mother Nancy Layton of Lindale; his siblings, Krystle Furrh (Stacy) of Starville, Freddie Layton, Jr. of Lindale and Jeffery Layton; his niece Amber Mooney; his nephews, Jason Attaway, Jr. and Asher Layton; his uncles, Charles Gilmore (Rita) and Johnnie Hamilton; his aunt Mary Hamilton; and his cousins, Chris Gilmore and Pam Crockett.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hilliard Funeral Home (386 N Maple St, Van, TX 75790). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Central Baptist Church (13745 FM Rd 16, Lindale, TX 75771). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at the Lindale City Cemetery (15241 County Rd 467, Lindale, TX 75771).
