She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley and Orvel Earline Churchwell (Shofner); her daughter Donna Hobbs Bolton (Don Hobbs); and her husband Bobby Curtis. She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Boardman (Morgan) of Lindale; her grandchildren, Raschelle Lynn Martin (Shawn) of Whitehouse, Kassi Fountain (Brad) of Longview, Taylor Boardman of Glenwood Springs and Lynnsey Flowerday (Alec) of Glenwood Springs, Colorado.; and her great grandchildren, Lucas Talley, McKenzie Martin of Whitehouse, Grace, Owen and Eden Fountain of Longview.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home (206 W South St, Lindale, TX 75771). A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Tyler Memorial Park Cemetery (12053 State Hwy 64, Tyler, TX 75704).
They have asked that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to either the Hospice of East Texas or American Heart Association.
