He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Harper and Kathryn Harper (Fuller); and his brother Richard Harper. He is survived by: his wife Ruby; his sons, Wesley Harper (Stephanie) and Patrick Harper (Ginna); his grandchildren, Kayla (Drew Connolly), Greyson Harper and River Ply (Chevy); and his brothers, John Harper (Diedre) and Gary Harper (Sandra). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
