He was predeceased by: his parents, Cenovio C. Rodriguez, Sr. and Herminia Rodriguez (Pachecho); his wife Estella Rodriguez; his brother Rudolfo Rodriguez; his children, Jesse Rodriquez and Nina Bryan; and his great grandchild Hudson Hutchins.
He is survived by: his daughter Beatrice; his son-in-law Matthew Geissal of Tyler, Texas; his son Joe; his daughter-in-law Kathy Rodriquez of Lindale, Texas; his daughter Bertie Malone; his children-in-law, Joe Kidd of Lindale, Texas, David Bryan of Lindale, Texas and Barbara Rodriquez of Lindale, Texas; his siblings, Wences Rodriguez of Lindale, Texas, Cenevio Rodriguez, Jr. of Palestine, Texas and Mary Jane Hill of San Antonio, Texas; and his grandchildren, Michelle Bradley (Adam), Walter Malone, Jr. (Sarah), Michael Rodriquez, Nicole Hutchins (Wes), Samuel G. Hitt, Estella Adair (Joshua), Joseph Rodriquez, Chelsea Adams, Matt Rodriquez, Benjamin J. Hitt, Katie Rodriquez, Benjamin Hitt and Lankston Malone. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
