He was predeceased by: his parents, JC Bell and Molly Bell; and his brother Larry Bell. He is survived by: his wife Doris Elaine Bell; his sons, Russell Bell and Christopher Bell; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Nicholas, Brandon, Andrew, Breanna, Brittney, Megan and Madison.
