He was predeceased by: his parents, Lydia Johnston Foy and William E. Foy; his former wife Irmgard Schaefer; and his sister Virginia Ahrendsen. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Foy; his brother George (Glenda Foy) of Aledo; his children, Steve Foy of Austin, Sheila Snyder of Hockley, Pam (Dennis Edwards) of Magnolia and Jennifer (Michael Sharpe) of Fort Worth; and his stepchildren, Kevin (Kristen Robertson) of Bullard and Dr. Kristy Hernandez (Manny) of Newalla. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hideaway Community Church or a charity of your choice.
