He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fuller and Verna Pauline Ivy (Fain); and his siblings, Charles Ray Ivy, Walter Travis Ivy, Herman Frank Ivy, Mary Pauline Cohagen, Katie Lou McKinney, Alvin Lee Ivy and Melton Pat Ivy.
He is survived by: his wife Sondra Ivy of Lindale; his children, Sheri Bailey (Donald) of Lindale and Cyndi Fontes (Joe) of Woburn, Massachusetts; his siblings, Luana Watson of Arlington, Joy Fay Davis of Columbia, Louisiana and Micheal Ivy (Tressa) of Palestine; and his grandchildren, Codye Grooms, Justin Grooms, Haylie Grooms, Paige Vernon and Lauren Crow. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
In Lieu of flowers the family has asked that contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association, the American Cancer Society, or to the Parkinson's Foundation.
