He is survived by: his wife Pamela Fisher of Hideaway; his children, Brenda Casstevens (Jimmy) of Red Oak, Haley Lankford of Ft. Worth, Scarlett Mathis (Ken) of Trenton and Jennifer Connally of Tyler, Texas; and his grandchildren, Shanon Levandowski (Matt), T. J. Kranz Jr., Austin Lankford, Chaning Cruson (Michael Dean III), Chad Mathis (Nicole), Natalie Marbrey (Zach), Paige Skelton (Dylan), Slade Lockhart and Dane Johnson-Connally. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; and numerous other loving family members and friends.
