He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Lee and Joann Shacklett (Turner); and his sisters, Melinda Dickerson and Dena Shacklett. He is survived by: his children, Bo Shacklett (Celeste) of Houston, Austin Shacklett (Janie) of Lindale and Kristy Shacklett of Lindale; his siblings, Tony Shacklett (Helen) of Florida, Shod Shacklett (Shawna) of Lindale, Pamela Herring of Mexia and Sharon Strickland (Joe); and his grandchildren, Mallori, Cadence, James Dylon, Peyton, Cayson, Thadeus, Maxton, Ivie and Dillon. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
