He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren Lee and Claudia Mae Davis (Collins); and his son Randy Lee Davis. He is survived by: his wife Dorthy Davis of Lindale, Texas; his children, Herman Reed Davis Jr. (Madelyn) of Bakersfield, Bob Ray Davis (Kathern) of Bakersfield, Steven Louis Davis (Linda) of Bakersfield, Mark Wayne Davis (Linda) of Cleburne, Texas, Peggy Lynn Gilliam (Keith) of Butte Falls and Carmellia Marshelle Avent (Rick) of Sulphur Springs, Texas; and his sister Joy Dee Moore of Midland, Texas. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
As a COVID-19 precaution masks are required at all visitations and funeral services.
