He was predeceased by: his son Keith Evan Lowe; his parents, John Shirley Lowe and Roberta Lee Lowe McKinney; his stepfather Wilmer McKinney; and his siblings, Shirley Lee Lowe and Nancy McKinney Ratliff.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen; his son-in-law Wade Allen of Lindale; his sons, Blake and Bruce Lowe of Starrville; his grandchildren, Amanda Allen, Emily, Trevor Smyrl, Courtnee, Jake Brokaw, Sam Lowe, Justyn Wintters, Tayllor Wintters and Karlie Lowe; his great grandchildren, Tucker, Blaine Smyrl, Mac and Lucee Brokaw; and his siblings, Ted McKinney of Tomball, Joy Reynolds of Cookville, Betty Meek of Mount Vernon and Janet Holmes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be made to Hospice of East Texas, 4111 University Blvd., Tyler, TX 75701.
