He is survived by: his wife Belia Rivera Hernandez of Lindale; his children, Manuel Hernandez (Llasmin) of Lindale, Velia Hernandez (Jesus) of Lindale, Ana Maria Hernandez (Robert McDonald) of Lindale and Clarissa Hernandez (Jose) of Tyler; his grandchildren, Brian Lares, Wendy Citlaly Lares, Erwin Juan Lares, Aylin Lares, Jazzlyn Lares, Michelle Ortiz, Angel Alexander Ortiz, Angel Giovanni Ortiz, Jayden Cruz Ortiz, Jaylen Jose Palomino, Jolette Palomino and Jesus Jose Palomino; and his great grandchild Abraham Adriel Lares. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
A rosary was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home (206 W South St, Lindale, TX 75771). Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (16292 FM 849, Lindale, TX 75771).
