With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donnie B. Johnson of Lindale, Texas, born in Thornton, Texas, who passed away on December 26, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Johnson and Lona Johnson (Bell); his siblings, Edward Johnson, Betty Grubbs and Patsy Henson; and his niece Tonya Crowell.
He is survived by: his wife Jimmie "Trudie" Johnson of Lindale, Texas; his sons, Donnie Bill Johnson II (Stacey) of Brenham, Texas and Jimmy Johnson (Cheryl) of Hawkins, Texas; his siblings, Lois Schultze of Conroe, Texas, Jimmy Johnson (Billie) of Missouri, Johnny Johnson (Linda) of Conroe, Texas and Ronnie Johnson (Vickie) of Hearne, Texas; and his sister-in-law Martha Johnson of Franklin, Texas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines, masks will be required at the visitation and services for Mr. Johnson.
