It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Fay Ashley Lovitt (Lindale, Texas), born in Rome, Georgia, who passed away on December 31, 2018, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Junior Ashley and Barbara Ann Dowdy Ashley; and her brother James Graylin Ashley. She is survived by: her husband Brice Lovitt Sr.; her children, Shannon Hutchens of Rome, Joshua Edwards (Amee), Rome Hudgins and Cory Hudgins (Jennifer Palmer); her stepchildren, Billy Lovitt (Amanda) of Rome, Bruce Lovitt (Kacie) of Rome, Hope Lovitt of Rome, Brice Lovitt, Jr. of Rome and Susie Leffler of Rome; and her siblings, Kathy Ashley of Cedartown, Debbie Ashley of Cedartown, Paula Rampley (Danny) of Cedartown and Donald Abernathy of Lindale. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
