He was predeceased by: his parents, Ester Coley and Cella May Trigleth Pinson; his siblings, Doyal Pinson, Lawson Pinson, J. L. Pinson, Vina Ramsey, Ester Ladean Pinson, Margaret Lamb, Doris Talkington, Opal Heinz, Colleen Nichols and Patsy Dale Horton; his great grandchild Jacob Casson Cooper; and his stepson Jade Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Milinda Pinson of Lindale; his children, Monty Pinson (Mary) of Conroe, Terry Don Pinson (Phyllis) of Sulphur Springs, Justin Lee of Keller, Rhonda Williams (Kevin) of Alba and Paula Pugh (Bob) of Emory; his half-brother Johnny Wayne Garms of Oklahoma; and his sister Jana Sue Miller of Casa Grande, Arizona. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one on the way; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
