He was predeceased by: his parents, Leota Mae Crider and John Veston Allen. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Biggs Allen of Lindale; his brother Mike "Whiskers" Allen (Denise) of Malakoff, Texas.; his children, Kelly Don Allen (Melissa), Tina Bohannon-Temple and Michael Allen; and his stepchildren, Ashley Anne Harper (James) and Ross Allan Messer. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
