He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy and Betty Marjory Simpson (Tapley); and his siblings, Charlotte Simpson and Gayland Crockett. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Crockett of Lindale; his sons, Adam Crockett (Pam) of Lindale and Barry Crockett (Brenda) of Lindale; his sister Connie Parker (Loy) of Lindale; his half-siblings, Pam Simpson Grooms of Arlington and Leland Simpson of Arlington; his grandchildren, Hayden Crockett, Haley Crockett, Austin Garren, Torie Wood and T. J. Wood; and his great grandchildren, Braxton Garren and Levi Garren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
