He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Edwin and Ruth Evelyn Taylor (Hilburn); his wife Carolyn Taylor; his son Zachary Taylor; his grandparents, Thomas, Maurine McGahey Hilburn, Jasper Cheatham and Alma Crews Taylor; and his close friend Elaine Fitzgerald.
He is survived by: his aunts, Dollie Boaz of Lindale, Vernice Pruitt of Lindale, Doris of Lindale and J. C. Wood of Lindale. He is also survived by numerous cousins, and other loving family members and friends.
The family has asked that memorials be made to the Lindale Chamber of Commerce Rodeo.
