He was predeceased by: his parents, Elby DeWayne and Martha Jean Head (Stakley). He is survived by: his wife Suki Head of Lindale. He is also survived by his loving children, and numerous other loving family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home (206 W South St, Lindale, TX 75771).
