He was predeceased by: his father Gaylon Gradick. He is survived by: his wife Susan Gradick of Lindale; his siblings, Gaylon (Stephanie Gradick) of Lindale, Tina (Jerry Whiddon) of Lindale and Cathy (Cliff Gilland) of Lindale; and his grandsons, Waylon Scott of Lindale and Bret Pettigrew of Lindale. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
