He is survived by: his wife Mary Yvonne Koogler (Smith) of Lindale; his son Kirk Koogler (Kim Koogler) of Southlake; his brother Stuart Koogler of Bradenton, Florida; and his grandchildren, Rebecca Koogler of Conroe and Mitchell Koogler (Anna Koogler).
