He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Keith and Helen Keith; and his sister Zeyphene McMackin. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Brian Keith of Hideaway, TX and Carrie Provinsal of Lansing, Michigan; his grandsons, Tyler Provinsal of Hideaway, TX and George Provinsal of Lansing, Michigan; and his sister Bailey Sue Marland of Spring, TX. He is also survived by four nephews and one niece.
