She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Reuther and Meta Reuther (Boettcher); her husband Warren Speaker; her parents-in-law, George and Harriet Speaker; her siblings-in-law, Ernie Beisert, Roy (Alice Speaker), Leo, Marion Speaker, Ina (Cliff Singree) and Viola Edwards; and her niece Pamela Edsall.
She is survived by: her brother Leonard; her sister-in-law Bernice Reuther of Lincoln; her sister Bernice Beisert of Lincoln; and her nieces and nephews, Randy, Gloria Reuther of Canyon Lake, Richard, Kathy Reuther of Houston, Steven Beisert of Lincoln, Kim and Frank Radtke of Houston. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home - Giddings (3950 E Austin St, Giddings, TX 78942). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Christ Lutheran Church of Loebau (4654 Co Rd 114, Lincoln, TX 78948-9726).
Memorials may be made to the Christ Lutheran Church Memorial Fund in Loebau, Lutheran Hour Ministries, or to the charity of one's choice.
