He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Foerster and Mathilda Foerster (Proske); his former wife Jewel Foerster; his sisters, Ellien (Raymond Moretz) and Rosalie (Melvin Backhus); his parents-in-law, Olefia and Alwin Saegert; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn (James Meinke), Frank Machado and Lawrence Proske.
He is survived by: his brothers, Fred (Lorine Foerster), Robert (Ruby Foerster), Willie Foerster and Ludwig Foerster; his wife Annette Foerster; his daughters, Charlene Foerster and Charolette Foerster; his grandchildren, Lynda Bowen and Wesley Bowen; his great grandchildren, Heaven Ragsdale and Scott Tolbert; his sister Annie Machado; his sisters-in-law, Helen Mize (Warren) and Mamie Foerster; his aunt Judy Stogsdill; his niece Barbara Markert (Edward); and his stepchildren, Patricia, Randall Holcomb, Keith, Paula Knobloch, Larry, Cyndi Knobloch, Kelly and Natalie Knobloch. He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
