He is survived by: his wife Debra Berger of Giddings; his daughters, Maggie Berger of Caldwell and Mandy Harkrider (Tyler) of Richmond; his siblings, Cheryl Jurk (Robert) of Giddings and Cliff Berger of Giddings; his mother-in-law Arva Evelyn Cowsert of New Braunfels; and his brother-in-law Robert "Billy" Cowsert Jr. (Joannette) of La Vernia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
