He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lillian May Neely (Kelner); his sons, Robert Alan (Lara) of The Woodlands, Texas, James (Meyoung) of Gravel Ridge, Arkansas and John; his significant other Sandy Palmer of Benton, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Jordan Neely, Aidan Neely, Juliana Rhea, Danielle Carroll, Fauna Dee Neely, Nicholas Neely and Angus Neely; and his brother Jimmy Neely.
